This campaign ops is the main PIC leading for end to end campaign planning and execution, building strong campaigns that benefit both sellers and platform, excite buyers to shop on platform. The role requires a strategist who is strong in analytics and can translate targets into workable actions. The person would be the center of collaboration across functions to create the most compelling campaign in the marketResponsibilities:
- Create campaign framework: Define campaign target and timeline, propose campaign theme/KSP, setting overall target and budget, derive target and delegate into the right PICs
- Market and competition analysis: continuous tracking on market trends, competitors activity, input from sellers & buyers, best practice learning from other countries/regions teams to build information library and tackle on new growth opportunities
- Insights creation: Combine internal data, market research, seller/buyers input to create meaningful insights that can be a new potential growth lever or driving better efficiency
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the center of expertise to collaborate with different teams such as Marketing Team (Branding/Media), and IP Campaigns and other XFN (including R&D tech) to co-develop cohesive and effective campaigns.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in growth/demand, S&P, or consulting. Ideally, have experience in forecasting/building projections and campaign planning
- Self driven: can work in an ambiguous environment and navigate through it, can self motivate, and are able to work under pressure with tight deadlines for projects
- Strong interpersonal skill and has a positive attitude when dealing with setbacks. Although independence is a must, the ability to work within a team is also a requirementPreferred qualifications:
- Project Management: Excellent project management and execution skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timeline creation, budget management, and team coordination.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (fluently in English) to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure marketing campaign success and build learning iterations for continuous improvement
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including ID teams (Marketing, Creators, Merchants, PR, GR, CSR, Legal, fintech, logistics, industry team) and Regional Team (Marketing, Product)
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, campaign materials setup in timely manners, and error-free execution.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
