We focus on crafting tailored strategies, building strong seller partnerships, and executing high-impact campaigns to elevate user engagement and GMV.Responsibilities1. Seller Activation - Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or chat to introduce the opportunity and assess seller interest.
2. Seller Operation/Communication: Develop and maintain a structured approach (e.g., surveys, interviews, trackers) to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from existing sellers.
3. Synthesize seller insights into concise reports that help identify common operational pain points (e.g., order processing, logistics, product uploads).
4. Relationship Management - Act as a point of contact for day-to-day seller queries, concerns, and assistance - ensuring timely responses and escalation when needed.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Fast response time and highly self-motivated
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Preferred majors: Communications, Business Management, or MarketingPreferred Qualifications
- Has E-commerce experience and understanding
