Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones
Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Involve in end to end project management

Bachelor’s degree S1 in any major but preferably in IT / Computer major
Minimum 3 years in Banking industry as IT Business Analyst or similar role
Familiar with Banking product business process
Having basic programming language is a plus
Having good analytical skill in customers demand and resolution workaround.
