- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Develop system specifications, flowcharts, Use Cases, ERDs, and FSDs to document workflows and user interactions
- Validate application changes to ensure alignment with business needs before deployment
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team
- Conduct requirement analysis, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements
- Provide training and support for end-users on new systems and applications
- Recommend system and process improvements to enhance business efficiency
- Collaborate with software development, project management, and business teams to ensure successful project execution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience as Business Analyst or a similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Proficiency in business modeling, process mapping tools, and software development methodologies
- Experience in UAT, documentation, and providing user training
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Able to Work From Office (South Tangerang - BSD)
