Collaborate with internal teams and business users to support system and application needs within the insurance domain.
Analyze business requirements related to Life Insurance products for both individual and corporate clients.
Provide solutions and recommendations regarding the usage and optimization of insurance applications such as AS400, Group Asia, and Life Asia.
Assist in system implementation, maintenance, and enhancement, including integration with Chatbot solutions to improve customer service.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth business processes and successful IT project delivery.
Prepare and maintain documentation of system workflows, business processes, and implementation results.
Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to insurance systems and applications.

Male candidates are preferred.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field.
English proficiency is required (fluent level is not mandatory).
Preferably has knowledge of Life Insurance products (individual, corporate, etc.).
Strong teamwork skills and proactive communication with various Business Users.
Knowledge of applications and systems commonly used in the insurance industry such as AS400, Group Asia, Life Asia (familiarity with AS400 is a plus).
Experience in utilizing or implementing Chatbot solutions is an advantage.
Preferably has prior experience working in an insurance company.
