As our Technical Business Analyst, you'll be the crucial link between stakeholders and the tech team, driving innovation and impact through digital solutions and internal tools.
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Able to guide and assist users in prioritizing business requirements based on value, urgency, and strategic alignment.
Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business priorities
Translate product strategy into prioritized backlogs and actionable items
Collaborate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, solution architects and business teams to deliver value
Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
Validate solutions through research, feedback, and data-driven insights
Ensure product outcomes are measurable and impactful
Ensure all documentation is updated and traceable throughout the project lifecycle such as BRD, FSD, and User Stories
Design business process flows, functional diagrams, and system architecture (UML, ERD, etc.)
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and coordination
Able to troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations or solutions to users before involving developers and other relevant teams when incidents occur.
Demonstrates adaptability and curiosity in learning and mastering new platforms, technologies, and development tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager
Hands-on experience in digital product development, system integration, or process improvement projects
Experience in automation (RPA), API integration, and internal tool development (Java, Php, Git, Php, C++)
Strong in business analysis: requirement gathering, BRD/FSD documentation, process modeling, and UAT
Product management know-how: roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning
Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw(.)io, or Trello
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system architecture
Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling shifting priorities
