- Troubleshooting (analyze issues, read logs from kibana, address the tickets)
- Presentation & communication skill (technical demo to clients)
- Good nurturing & tracking skills (i.e. nurture clients during UAT & PAT, track timeline until client go live)
- Adaptability (i.e. administrative task on registration/onboarding, SNAP/PPATK regulation)
- Collaboration (coordinate issues with IT/PM)
