Store Manager (Sales and Business Development / Industrial Automation）

• Strategic Leadership: Take charge of formulating business development and operational plans for the 5S store within the industrial parks, focusing on Sales, Services, Solutions, Spare Parts, and Specialist areas. Establish a robust triangular team structure and collaborative working mechanisms to ensure smooth operations.
• Network Establishment: Build and manage a comprehensive network covering sales, engineering projects, and after-sales services within the assigned territory. Offer top-notch sales, project implementation, and after-sales support to our clients, aiming for the achievement of various business targets for the 5S store in the industrial parks.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations and management of the 5S store. Focus on building and nurturing a talent pool, ensuring continuous development and training of the team.

• Desired Skillset: Distributed Control System (DCS), Industrial Automation, Process Automation
• Minimum of 5 years in sales or a technical role within a relevant industry. Prior experience in similar roles will be highly valued.
