Store Assistant (Sales / Industrial Automation）

• Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations of the 5S concept store, ensuring smooth and efficient store functionality. Provide support in Sales, Services, Solutions, Spare Parts, and Specialist areas, directly contributing to the store's success.
• Sales and Service Network Assistance: Support the development and management of the sales, engineering projects, and after-sales service networks. Play a key role in offering exceptional customer service and support, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to implement business and operational plans. Contribute to the team's success by ensuring a collaborative working environment and supporting the talent development process within the store.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related technical role is advantageous. Fresh Engineering graduates with a keen interest in the Industrial Automation industry are also encouraged to apply.
• Team Player: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Store Manager. A proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to team goals is essential.

• Required to possess own transport
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
