Training Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

• According to the brand training plan and store needs, formulate training plans, optimize courses, implement training and cooperate with stores to complete post-training, follow-up work (including but not limited to store display training, service standard training, store operation SOP training, etc)
• Understand the store operation specifications, responsible for the operation specifications and process training of store employees
• According to the store situation, implement the training plan and complete the training effectiveness evaluation
• Develop and update training courses, implement various training work in the store and organize training related materials

• Must minimal Diploma
• Fluent in Mandarin
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field or retail industry is required for this position
• Ability to teach independently and store teaching ability, rich teaching skills with good classroom power, an formulate plans and carry out training and teaching according to regional and store needs
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PPT), strong teamwork and execution skills and good in communication
• Ability to to collect requirements independently and develop courseware skills
