Logistic Manager SEA - Industrial / Manufacturing

• Managing end-to-end logistics operations across Southeast Asia related to logistics ( inbound & outbound), distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with the company's objectives in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Monitoring and improving supply chain performance through data analysis and key performance indicators.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs related to logistics and transportation in all SEA countries.
• Collaborating with internal teams ( such as manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams ) and external partners ( such as: third party logistics providers, freight forwarders and custom agents ) to optimise logistics processes.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the logistics department.
• Providing leadership and support to the logistics team to achieve departmental and organisational goals, and drive continuous improvement.

• A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools for operational efficiency.
• Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements in Southeast Asia.
