- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for industrial products across Southeast Asia.
- Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure achievement of performance targets and continuous development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations in alignment with company guidelines and market conditions.
- Monitor regional sales performance and prepare regular reports and insights for senior management.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen commercial networks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, ideally within technical product sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, or related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Adaptability and effectiveness in cross-cultural and regional business environments
- Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and leading negotiations
- Sound business acumen with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline and relationship management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and proposal development
- Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) for managing pricing, orders, and supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with international trade practices, including documentation and compliance for cross-border transactions
