  • The Head of Agency Special Recruitment & Selection is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract, assess, and select top-tier talent for our agency network. This position plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency channel by ensuring we have the right people in place to meet our business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of agency business models and the unique talent requirements of this channel
  • Strong accuracy level and excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies
  • Knowledge of local regulations law and best practices in recruitment and selection
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in Agency business and/or Agency recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies, particularly in financial services or insurance industries
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates for agency rolesDesign and implement rigorous selection processes to identify candidates with the best fit for our agency modelCollaborate with agency leaders, Head of Agency Strategy and CAO to understand talent needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordinglyImplement data-driven approaches to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and selection initiativesManage and develop a team of recruitment specialists, fostering a high-performance cultureDevelop and maintain relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies and professional networksEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruitment and selection processesManage and review the agreement for the Agency recruitment by working with Legal departmentJob Category: Channel ManagementPosting End Date: 30/12/2025
