- Implement and coordinate all Industrial & Employee Relations (IER) management activities and ensure that company policies and regulations can run well and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsible to analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement IER work plan/program in order to help enhance and maintain conducive working environment.
- Responsible to support the engagement activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Require a minimum of Bachelor's degree from any major, with preference from Law major
- 2-3 years of Experience in Industrial & Employee Relation or HR/HRBP related roles preferably from FMCG, Manufacturing, or Legal Consultant (with proficiency in Employment & Labor Law) background
- Good understanding of Indonesia Labour Law and Regulations
- Active in organizational activities and able to work well in a team
- Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving, and perseverance
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills, especially showcasing ability to influence and mediate
- Good English, both written & verbal
- Willing to be located in Surabaya and willing to work with high mobility and frequent business travels across Indonesia
