Implement and coordinate all Industrial & Employee Relations (IER) management activities and ensure that company policies and regulations can run well and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible to analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement IER work plan/program in order to help enhance and maintain conducive working environment.
Responsible to support the engagement activities with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who we're looking for

Require a minimum of Bachelor's degree from any major, with preference from Law major
2-3 years of Experience in Industrial & Employee Relation or HR/HRBP related roles preferably from FMCG, Manufacturing, or Legal Consultant (with proficiency in Employment & Labor Law) background
Good understanding of Indonesia Labour Law and Regulations
Active in organizational activities and able to work well in a team
Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving, and perseverance
Good in communication and interpersonal skills, especially showcasing ability to influence and mediate
Good English, both written & verbal
Willing to be located in Surabaya and willing to work with high mobility and frequent business travels across Indonesia
