- With great attention to detail and the ability to handle fast paced complexity and change - overseeing the production plan based on all request and track all current resource needs
- Manage task request queues by creating production timeline as projection according to the given time & available capacity
- Making sure clear and detailed briefs are received from stakeholders on time
- Act as a brainstorming / consult partners for all stakeholders, including Procurement for any production plan
- Negotiate delivery timeline with stakeholders based on priorities and 3rd party’s availability and/or team’s load
- Make sure all project participants works effectively according to the agreed timeline
- Make sure the 3rd party has understanding upon the visual guideline provided by BID
- Managing stakeholders and 3rd party’s schedules to make sure that all requests shall be delivered on time
- Excellent at creating time plans, process flows and documentation that simplifies workflow
- Fast response and proactively provide clear communication upon any changing priorities
- Seek to continually improve processes within the team and 3rd party to increase efficiencies
- Able to tackle situations and stakeholders at all levels by negotiating and communicating clearly in order to unblock and ensure the correct process and deadlines are met
- Quality check of all works produced (both by Production Team and 3rd party) before submitting to the stakeholders
- Manage multiple work streams in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to identify potential issues/risks
- Experience working with teams of designers and creatives in TV Station/Creative agency
- Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting to all stakeholders
- Constantly looking to improve efficiencies and iterate
- Understanding full production workflow, starting from pre-production to production to post production
- Understanding video production technical process related to: video shooting, video editing, color grading, audio post
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in agency/production house, television, radio, film, sound production or new media.
- Able to quickly adapt to company’s style
- Highly curious in trying new things, fun-loving and collaborative
- Able to multi-task with eye for details, resourceful and independent under constraints of time
- Up to date with the latest technology in video production industry
- Understand Ai generated asset workflow is a plus.
