Develop program concepts and ideas with the creative team
Oversee the entire production process from pre-production to post-production.
Prepare scripts, rundowns, and briefings for talent and crew.
Ensure shoots run smoothly and stay on schedule.
Supervise editing and provide feedback to maintain production standards.
Monitoring video performance (views, watch time, engagement, etc.).

Bachelor's degree from any major
Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, film production, or programme making
Knowledge of field production techniques and standards
Skills in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively
Available to work on a flexible schedule
Ability to work under stressful conditions and strict deadlines
Willing to do any requested video
