- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
- Explore digital marketing, e-commerce, and other channels to maximize revenue potential
- Focus on improving the overall customer experience to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Implement customer-centric approaches and feedback mechanisms to better understand and meet customer needs.
- Identify and implement technology solutions that support revenue growth and operational efficiency, such as CRM systems, data analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure that technology is leveraged to enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes.
- Work closely with various departments, including finance, marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving revenue growth objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue growth initiatives and operational improvements.
- Use data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, market dynamics, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies throughout the organization
- Communicate changes effectively and address any resistance or challenges.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with changes in operations and revenue generation, ensuring a balance between innovation and risk management.
- Bachelor degree in business or management
- 3 years in business development field
- Experiences in business transformation / development, financial analysis, and project management
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively, using innovative ways
- Possess research & analytical skills
