We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Supervisor to join the team. The Business Development Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving growth opportunities, accelerating their expansion and successfully appointing new distributors to enhance their market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, business development.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market penetration in Indonesia, with a focus on accelerating showroom and distributor expansion.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the Building Materials sector, preferably in Sanitary Ware industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
