- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market penetration in Indonesia, with a focus on accelerating showroom and distributor expansion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the Building Materials sector, preferably in Sanitary Ware industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
