Responsibilities
  • Lead the consolidation of financial statements, management reports and forecasts from multiple business units or legal entities within the group.
  • Analyze key financial metrics (e.g., revenue, cost, margins, portfolio quality) and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Prepare dashboards, board-level reports, and investor materials, translating financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, automate processes, and improve financial data integrity across departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial reporting or corporate finance, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in consolidating financial reports across multiple business units or entities is a must.
  • Strong in Accounting is a must.
  • Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
