Job Description - Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, building strong capabilities to support company growth. - Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, reporting, and analysis. - Ensure compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and all applicable regulations. - Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support strategic planning. - Drive process improvements and system automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in finance and accounting operations. - Act as a bridge with the Japan office, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment on financial reports, data requirements, and related processes. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Legal, GA, Operations) to provide timely and accurate financial insights that shape business decisions. - Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.Job Requirement ・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ・High-conversational level of English ・Minimum 5 years experiences from accounting or audit firm and at least 1 year managerial or supervisor role in-house ・Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations, mainly PSAK and IFRS. ・Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; prior exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. ・Advantage points for experience in multinational companies and for leading cross-functional projects (e.g., Legal, GA).
