- Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Define the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- Minimum 6 months of working experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Has experience recruiting for corporate roles (e.g strategic corporate roles, project related roles) will be a plus point
- Has hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and adapt fast in dynamic situations.
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner.
- Strong attention to detail.
