Data Analyst, System Implementation - SPX Express

• Responsible for managing operation profile and accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion in a timely manner, while adhering to security policies.
• Managing and resolving all account-related user requests and troubleshooting problems.
• Maintain all internal trackers using Google Sheets and App Script.

• A bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field (experience in Express/Logistics company is a plus)
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in account creation and management.
• Experienced in using Google workspace applications, especially Google Sheets. Having intermediate skills excel is a plus.
• Having basic skills on how to use a script on Google Sheets.
• Willing and available to work on a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users.
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta.
