Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a leading healthcare group to recruit a visionary leader for their newly established clinic in Makassar. This senior position will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for leading the overall clinic operations, ensuring excellence in clinical quality, driving business growth, optimizing resources, and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and the wider healthcare community.The clinic is a well-established, large private facility offering specialist outpatient consultations (OPD) and comprehensive ancillary services, including laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy.Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and compliance with medical regulations and standards.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive patient volume growth, optimize revenue streams, and enhance the clinic's market presence in Makassar.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 40+ staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Maintain strong professional relationships with senior doctors, healthcare professionals, and external partners to strengthen the clinic's network and service offerings.
Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance, implementing data-driven improvements to achieve both clinical excellence and commercial success.

Requirements:

Senior Medical Doctor with substantial experience in managing large clinics and/or hospitals.
Strong commercial and business acumen with a proven track record in managing private clinics with robust clinical quality standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong professional network, especially among senior healthcare practitioners.
Experience in managing large teams.
Willingness to be based in Makassar.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
