
TPU Sales and Market Development Representative

- Identify and develop target accounts based on market trends and industry potential
- Promote our products and solutions to win new customers and generate sales orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to define product, supply, and service requirements that meet customer needs
- Monitor market and account activities to gather insights and create response strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and key market influencers
- Provide sales forecasts and achieve set volume and margin targets
- Coordinate with the credit team to support AR collection processes
- Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions and seminars to support product placement in the market
- Bachelor degree in Sciences/Engineering or Business Administration degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic actions
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel and attend client events or marketing activities as needed
- Fluency in spoken / written English
- Fluency in spoken / written Mandarin is an advantage but not a must
