Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outbound methods
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach
Work towards and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
Support ongoing improvement of outreach and sales processes

3-5 years of experience in an SDR or similar role
Strong outbound sales experience (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with CRM tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Background in IT, SaaS, or financial services is highly desirable
