- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or Finance
- Strong expertise in rewards and compensation and benefits management within the FMCG and/or manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and compliance requirements.
