Head Butler - Hospitality

Manage the daily operations in the property to maintain a well-organized and welcoming environment
Provide personalized service to VIPs and guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs
Supervise and coordinate staffs including schedules, task assignments, and performance
Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and checklists for the residence
Deliver high-level butler services, including formal dining, table setting, event support, and guest relations
Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the principals and their guests with discretion and attention to detail
Oversee inventory of amenities, supplies etc.

Fast paced working environmentBeing part of long-standing company with business across the country

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, 5-star hotels, or high-net-worth estate management
Must have overseas exposure
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff
Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and a service-oriented mindset
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Fluency in English required; other languages a plus.
