Job Description - As process engineer, works on large-scale and complex construction projects in the pharmaceutical industry. - Deliver design, optimize, and manage the processes that make drugs and medications. - Ensure that the processes are safe, efficient, reliable, and compliant with the regulations. - Work with other engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop processing designs that meet customer requirements with or without product portfolio for pre-project purpose as follows: - Production technology chart and engineering calculation - Process flow diagram - Process description - Functional specification and performance criteria - Piping and Instrumentation Diagram - Equipment sizing and component selection - Cost estimation - Develop processing designs that meet customer requirements with or without product portfolio for project purpose as follows: - Develop and managing - Ensure that the installation is carried out according to the design - Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, automation, piping, and production team to build system from design - Detailed engineering design and equipment sizing - Issue a bill of material - Develop project documentation as follows: - Process fuctional specification and functional description - Design qualification (DQ) - Installation qualification (IQ) - Operational qualification (OQ) - Carry out commissioning - Provide operational training - Other tasks as assigned.Job Requirement - Min. bachelor's degree in chemical, manufacturing or industrial engineering - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (as process engineer) - Have good experience in the product processes of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. - Capable of developing processing designs that meet customer requirements into P&ID and/or other necessary technical documents related to the pre-project purpose. - Proper competencies in sanitary design compliance, fluid dynamics and heat transfer, thermodynamics, etc. - Have good computer literacy. - English (conversation and writing level)
