Mechanical Engineer (Packaging / Printing) - Cikarang

• Maintenance of Equipment: Guarantee routine maintenance and resolution of issues with paper cup machines.
• Optimization of Processes: Work closely with the Production and Maintenance teams to improve machine efficiency and product quality.
• Support in Technical Aspects: Offer technical assistance to the Production, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams.
• Management of Projects: Take charge of projects related to the installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Pursuit of Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for continuous improvement in machine operation and maintenance.
• Record-keeping: Maintain precise documentation of machine performance and maintenance activities.
• Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
• Has experiences in packaging / printing
• 3 years experiences in same level and position
• Good Process and Material Knowledge
• Product knowledge (design and specification)
• Quality Control & Quality System
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Capable of handling physical demands of the role, including lifting and operating machinery
• English is a must
