- Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score).
- Lead projects – give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/ suggestion to run the projects, build report and presentation.
- Ensure a good quality of research materials.
- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients.
- Be a brilliant communicator that is able to articulate insights (both in writing and in-person/presentation) to provide clients with outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.
- Lead or supervise daily communication with clients.
- To mentor 1-2 juniors by regularly sharing knowledge and preparing them to be ready for the next level.
- Develop positive relationships with clients to the extent they actively seek your opinions, information and advice.
- Mentor and develop team members through constructive feedback to identify areas of strength, and areas required for improvement.
- With at least 7 years of validated experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects, with great exposure in qualitative studies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – write and deliver presentations that are engaging and insightful.
- Attitude to generate business: recommending innovation/creative solution, engaging conversation client, need to have POV during client consultancy – mutual conversation, partner and consulting
- Sound leadership experience with people management capabilities – to empower, mentor, and be the role model and encouraged juniors.
- Good research knowledge – know and can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights with strong analytical skills and qualitative research background to understand complex methodological concepts.
