- Analyze and understand the impact of production equipment on product properties and performance.
- Evaluate various materials and alternatives, assessing their impact on adhesive properties and performance.
- Maintain relationships with material suppliers and key contacts.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Preferably at least 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development
- Strong knowledge of adhesive formulation, chemical processes, and production equipment.
- Deep understanding of material types and their impact on product performance.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and sourcing materials.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
