As an HR Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Designing and executing training and development programmes.
Leading performance management and appraisal processes.
Handling payroll and benefits administration, including 12 BS + 1 THR.
Promoting a positive company culture and employee engagement.
Advising senior leadership on HR policies and best practices.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR management within the property industry.
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations in the location.
