You are responsible for delivering outstanding service through warm greetings, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and prompt assistance throughout the guest’s stay. You play a critical role in creating a memorable guest experience that reflects the high standards of our hotel.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly mannerHandle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accuratelyManage guest reservations, both walk-ins and pre-bookedAddress guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectivelyHandle billing and payment transactionsCoordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needsMaintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and local attractionsEnsure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all timesUphold confidentiality of guest information and hotel policiesFollow hotel standard operating procedures and brand standardsQualificationsQualifications:Education & Experience:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is an advantage)Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferredFresh graduates with internship experience in Front Office are welcome to applySkills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksProficient in Microsoft Office and PMS (Property Management System), e.g., Opera or equivalentProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAdditional InformationWhy Join Us?
