- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Manage reservations via online platforms and phone inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions.
- Having 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests/visitors, management, and co-workers to their understanding, both in person and by telephone (Mandarin Speaker will be an advantage)
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
- Previous cashiering experience.
- Knowledge of computers. PMS Opera
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
