The HR Staff supports core HR operations with a focus on contract management, employee lifecycle processes, foreign work permits, and compensation support, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws.Job Description:
1. Employment Contract & Data ManagementMonitor and process employee contract renewals.Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.2. Offboarding & Exit Process
  • Handle resignations and terminations, including clearance, exit interviews, and final payments.
Ensure return of company property and system deactivation.3. Foreigner Work Permits (KITAS)
  • Coordinate KITAS and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
Liaise with government agencies and consultants for document preparation and renewals4. Overtime & Incentive AdministrationCollect, verify, and process overtime data and incentive payouts.Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely paymentsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or generalist roles
