IT Director - Local Conglomerate Group

• Develop and implement a group-wide IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support growth, innovation, and operational efficiency across the group's subsidiaries.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Advise the executive team on IT-related decisions and investments.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure consistent IT standards and practices are followed across all subsidiaries.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between the IT teams of different subsidiaries.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and synergies through centralized IT solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant strategic IT experience in diverse industries.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within a holding group environment.
• Strong understanding of IT strategy & planning, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.
