Known for their groundbreaking projects and exceptional service standards, they are on a mission to further expand and scale their business through strategic inbound investments.Role Overview: As the Group Financing Director with a focus on raising investments, you will be a pivotal figure in preparing the company for substantial investments, setting up the right investment vehicles (IPO, Funds, Loans) and managing the influx of financial resources to fuel the company growth plans. Your role will encompass a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management of inbound financing operations, ensuring the client capitalizes on opportunities that align with their long-term vision and maximize value for their shareholders.Responsibilities:

Analyzing corporate financial condition and building a portfolio for loan applications.
Prepare and review the financial report and group consolidated financial statements.
Prepare financial projections for bank facility or loan applications, handle the bank's queries, and conduct an annual review.
Preparation and update of project feasibility studies.
Liaison with bankers.
Develop and execute financing plans to support the company's growth objectives.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Enhance financial processes, controls, and systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive strategies for sourcing, evaluating, and securing inbound investments that align with the company’s growth objectives in the real estate and hospitality arenas.
Utilize your deep understanding of real estate and hospitality markets to conduct thorough analyses of potential investment opportunities, structuring deals in a way that optimizes financial returns while mitigating risks.
Oversee the management of the company's investment portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of assets that contribute to steady growth and shareholder value enhancement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and financial institutions to secure favorable investment terms and foster long-term collaboration.
Ensure all investment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, and implement robust risk management practices to protect the company’s interests and financial health.

Requirements

Chartered Accountant, Degree or Advanced Degree in Accounting, or similar qualification.
At least 10 years of exposure in corporate financing with strong background in inbound investments.
Preferably experience in fund setup, international corporate financing, and IPO setup.
Demonstrated skills in project management, including work planning, maintaining project timelines, and spending projections.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Work location: Phnom Penh
Willing to travel to Europe.
Proven experience as a Group Financing Director or similar role in the real estate and hospitality industry.
Extensive experience in debt financing, equity financing, and deal structuring.
Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.
