  • Arranging business trip.
  • Monitoring the provision of office facilities (stationery, pantries stock, meeting room, transportation, meeting room, etc.)
  • Ensuring precise coordination for other office matters.
  • Providing administrative and assistant support including but not limited to arranging meeting and translation documents.
Requirement: * Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Fluent level both in Japanese & English.
  • Experience in GA min. 1 year.
  • A detail-oriented person with high level of ethics and responsibility.
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office.
