Job Description - Liaising with the project management team and negotiating with Employer (Government Organization), Engineer (Consultant), other partners and subcontractors under contractual conditions (FIDIC) including claims and variation - Analyzing contract and subcontracts and identifying risks and opportunities associated with them - Developing claim strategies collaboratively with the project management team - Advising project management team on all aspects of deviations between contract and subcontract conditions and actual executions - Drafting contract and subcontract documents, notices, or claim letters with accurate references to the contract and subcontracts clauses - Supporting project management team for arrangement of meetings and preparing presentation material and minutes of meetings - Managing invoices and change control including developing the procedures - Ensuring that contractual documents are recorded physically and digitally - Lead insurance claim process for recovering a damage falling under the policy - Compiling progress monthly reports and presentation slides for internal and/ or external use - Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Min. bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from accredited university ・Experiences as Contract Admin min. 5 years ・Knowledge and experience of major aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), project controls and financials ・Extensive knowledge of FIDIC, international tenders and Indonesian laws ・Strong drafting skills of contractual claim notices and letters in English ・Strong personality, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines ・Ability to effectively interact with others and work independently ・Fluent business level of verbal and written communication skills in English ・Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Teams)
