Our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams move fast - and we're looking for a Product Operations - Tooling & Enablement Specialist to design the systems that help us work smarter, faster, and more consistently.This role sits within our Product Ops team and focuses on building the internal tools, dashboards, and knowledge infrastructure that enable Product Managers, Product Marketing, and cross-functional partners to execute with clarity and speed.If you love solving operational challenges with smart tooling - and get excited about being the person who makes everyone's job easier - this role is for you.Tooling & Workflow Automation
  • Build and maintain tools for customers insights automation, PRD creation, GTM tracking, and cross-functional workflows
  • Integrate systems to reduce duplicate work
  • Automate repetitive tasks for Product & Product Marketing teams
Data Visualization & Insights Centralization
  • Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau or other data tools in collaboration with the Data team to track product quality, adoption velocity, and GTM readiness
  • Partner with PMs and PMMs to define meaningful metrics for product and launch performance
  • Ensure teams have real-time access to the right insights for decision-making
Knowledge Management & Enablement
  • Improve and maintain the centralization of PRDs, customers insights, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement content
  • Implement tagging, metadata, and version control standards for easy search and discoverability
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all resources are accurate, current, and actionable
Requirements:You'll be the ideal candidate if you have: * Strong skills in workflow automation, system integration, and internal tooling
  • Experience working with automation tools (eg: n8n, Zapier), Tableau, Agentic AI (eg: Claude, ChatGPT Agent)
  • Experience managing documentation and knowledge systems
  • Ability to translate process challenges into tooling solutions
  • Detail-oriented work style with a knack for making complex system intuitive
