Overviewmodernvet is one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing veterinary companies, redefining animal care with world-class facilities and services. With a bold expansion plan and growing operational footprint, we are looking for a Head of Project to lead end-to-end physical development, including new builds, renovations, and facility upkeep across all branches.You’ll oversee the journey from design and contractor tendering to construction and handover, while also ensuring that our clinics remain well-maintained and ready for growth. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and strong technical knowledge in managing both projects and ongoing facilities maintenance.Key Responsibilities🏗️ Expansion & New ProjectsLead strategic rollout of new modernvet branches, from planning to completion, managing multiple or 3-5 simultaneous construction projects annually.Ensure high-quality design that aligns with modernvet’s standards for customer flow, medical efficiency, and brand experience.Drive tender and contractor selection process transparently and competitively, collaborating with QS, MEP consultants, and finance teams.Oversee project implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and build quality are met.Coordinate cross-functional handover with operations, customer experience, and medical teams.🛠️ Renovation & Facility MaintenanceManage renovation projects to improve and upgrade existing branches, minimizing disruption to operations.Lead the creation of renovation schedules, technical assessments, and upgrade planning.Set up and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all branches to maintain operational excellence.Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and comfort standards are met across all locations.Develop partnerships with vendors and technicians for responsive and cost-effective maintenance.🤝 Stakeholder & Team LeadershipManage internal project and facility team, as well as external contractors and consultants.Work closely with leadership and branch teams to anticipate space needs and propose improvements.Track and analyze cost efficiency (e.g., cost per sqm) across projects; lead post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.QualificationsExperience:
Minimum 10 years in construction project management and facility operations, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or retail sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and renovation schedules.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP certification or similar is a plus.Skills & Traits:Excellent in design coordination, construction governance, and facility planning.Strong cost efficiency mindset, familiar with value engineering and cost per sqm benchmarking.Skilled in contractor/vendor selection, tendering, and timeline enforcement.Able to handle renovation without disrupting operations.Detail-oriented with strategic thinking, balancing hands-on execution with long-term planning.Comfortable in both fast-paced and regulated environments.Languages:
