- Lead a team of property sales and team leaders and hit the sales target
- Develop & execute data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Collaborate on annual sales planning: forecasts, KPI frameworks, budget alignment, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring smooth handoffs and operational excellence.
- Identify new market opportunities and optimize workflows to boost team productivity and conversion rates.
- Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings, contributing insights to product, marketing, and business-planning discussions.
- Lead high-value client negotiations and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry, with hands-on selling and strong closing skills (experience working with or in property developers is preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with tactical execution.
