- Multicommodity wholesale trade: procurement, consolidation, and distribution of different types of goods for business needs with a transparent contract scheme.
- Warehousing: inbound–outbound, cross-docking, secure storage, packaging, labeling, and accurate inventory management.
- Courier & distribution services: first-mile to last-mile, same-day/regular, and route management for faster and cost-effective delivery.
- Provision of temporary labor (outsourcing): drivers, warehouse operators, couriers, and administrative/logistical support as per operational needs.
- Management consulting & brokerage services: business advisory, supplier/buyer network development, process optimization, and compliance.
- Lease vehicles, machinery and other assets: commercial fleets, forklifts, goods handling equipment, as well as fleet maintenance and management schemes.
- Standard processes with clear SLAs and periodic performance reporting.
- Flexibility of contracts (short/long term, volume scheme) and transparent rates.
- The team is experienced in trading, warehouse operations, and national distribution.
- Focus on occupational safety (K3), service reliability, and client cost efficiency.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Business Analyst (Data Science) or B2B Sales / Account Executive role.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
