- Create and execute market strategies for Solar PV projects in selected regions.
- Identify new business prospects and evaluate potential off-grid solar projects, focusing on underserved and remote areas.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key local stakeholders.
- Develop customized business models and project frameworks that align with local requirements and regulatory conditions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and finance teams to conduct initial technical and financial feasibility studies.
- Craft persuasive business proposals and investor presentations to secure funding and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and manage commercial contract discussions, including MOUs, LOIs, and preliminary partnership agreements.
- Act as the point of contact among business development, technical, and finance teams during early project phases.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, experience in off grid and mini-grid solar PV market development will be a plus point (although not necessary).
- Strong network in the Energy Sector OR Mining (metals and minerals)
- Strong experience in business contract negotiation and partnership building.
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and understand renewable energy dynamics in remote or underserved regions.
- Profi ciency in financial modeling and business case development, including ROI and IRR projections.
