- Prepare claims report for designated client and others as assigned.
- Review claims report provided by the insurance provider.
- Present and provide periodic claims report to client’s HR team.
- Review and monitor SLA claim reporting.
- Evaluate client health and perform analysis.
- Assign project champion related to Aon analytic tools and continuous improvement to operational efficiency.
- Assisting HS team to automate hands-on task for effectiveness and manual operation.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar function.
- People management experience.
- Excel: Advanced spreadsheet skills for data manipulation and basic analytics.
- SQL: Ability to query and extract data from relational databases.
- Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for creating dashboards and visual reports.
