Sales Manager (Health & Wellness)

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new memberships and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Sport Center Manager, Gym Manager, and Wellness Manager to create attractive membership programs and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams to drive membership growth.
• Analyze data to track member trends, behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professional follow-up.
• Ensure accurate reporting on membership performance, retention, and financials.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in sports, gym, or wellness industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, target-oriented, and strategic thinker
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English, both written and verbal1
