- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for oncology products throughout their lifecycle.
- Lead branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product execution.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, KOL interviews, and competitor benchmarking.
- Provide strategic training and marketing materials to field sales teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert on assigned oncology products.
- Develop, manage, and track brand budgets to optimize ROI on marketing activities.
- Drive go-to-market plans and manage product launches (new indications, line extensions).
- Ensure launch readiness across functions and monitor KPIs post-launch.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2-3 years specifically in oncology.
- Strong knowledge of oncology market dynamics and treatment pathways.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, agencies).
- Understanding of local and global pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and drive decisions.
