Description :SabiKerja is a curated headhunter agency based in Jakarta that is well-known as a one-stop talent solution in which we connect curated quality talent with the institution or company that partners with us.We represent our client that one of Indonesia's largest PVC manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.As a TPM & SF Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving operational effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and shopfloor excellence initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing improvement recommendations, and ensuring compliance with TPM pillars to support the company’s continuous improvement journey.Key Responsibilities:Ensure TPM activities on the shopfloor are executed in alignment with TPM Pillar standards to enhance company effectiveness and efficiency.Conduct data analysis on shopfloor performance and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.Develop, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.Utilize analytical tools such as Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Minitab, or other data analysis software to support decision-making.Design and deliver training programs related to TPM and shopfloor excellence culture.Lead and support audits for multiple TPM pillars, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.Promote continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, Shopfloor Management, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).Male, maximum 30 years old.Prior experience in companies certified in TPM by JIPM is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of TPM pillars, with hands-on experience in at least 2 pillars (preferably Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance).Proven experience handling TPM pillar audits.Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, Shopfloor Management, and RCFA.Excellent presentation skills, business process knowledge, and ability to manage projects.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
