Job Description -Work with clients to identify and understand their business needs, particularly within manufacturing operations. Translate these needs into functional requirements for ERP system configuration and customization. -Configure ERP modules to optimize workflows, business processes, and data management, with a focus on manufacturing functions (e.g., production planning, inventory management, order processing). -Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements using ERP solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. -Lead the implementation of ERP systems for clients, ensuring that all functional requirements are met. Provide ongoing support post-implementation to resolve any issues and enhance system functionality. -Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical experts and project managers) to ensure successful ERP deployment. Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. -Provide training to end-users and create documentation on ERP functionality, user manuals, and best practices. Ensure effective adoption of the ERP system by users. -Conduct system testing and quality checks to ensure the ERP system functions correctly. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and ensure all system configurations meet client expectations. -Act as a point of contact for clients facing complex issues within the ERP system. Leverage strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner -Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Bachelor's degree from Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology ・Min 3 -5 years of experience as a Functional ERP Consultant or ERP implementer in manufacturing industry ・Have experience in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) ・Solid understanding of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations. ・Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders ・Business level in English
