- Manage and optimize accommodation allocations for site personnel, ensuring efficient use of housing facilities.
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes, cleanliness, and room conditions.
- Monitor occupancy levels and forecast future requirements.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality food services across the site, including hygiene, nutritional standards, and dietary requirements.
- Manage and supervise catering vendors and performance against KPIs.
- Address feedback and complaints related to food quality and services.
- Ensure timely and efficient laundry and housekeeping operations for all camp residents.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Oversee the daily maintenance of all site facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage breakdown repairs and emergency responses swiftly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of facilities and infrastructure (housing, recreational areas, utility systems, etc.).
- Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized facility upgrade projects.
- Ensure all works are executed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Supervise third-party contractors and service providers; ensure contracts are executed according to terms.
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and evaluate performance.
- Ensure all facility management activities comply with site HSE standards and procedures.
- Promote safety culture across all facility service areas.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations as required.
- Prepare and manage facility management budgets and forecasts.
- Generate regular reports on service levels, occupancy, maintenance activities, and improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role at a remote or industrial site.
- Prior experience in oil & gas, mining, or similar heavy industry environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of camp operations, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and HSE compliance.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
